Accommodation for older people
Our Sheltered+ accommodation aims to provide a homely, safe and secure environment.
Residents are encouraged to retain their independence for as long as possible and become actively involved in the running of their home. The accommodation provides a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where residents needs and interests are respected, ensuring that everyone is treated as an individual.
If required, staff are on hand to assist with access to social activities which offer both mental and physical stimulation.
To be eligible for this type of accommodation applicants must:
- be over 55 years of age
- have been assessed on a level of need
Raglan currently has two schemes offering this type of housing:
- Robert Whyte House in Bickley, Bromley and
- Greenacre in Grantham, Lincolnshire.
