Rent Payment

Your tenancy agreement requires you to pay a rent. You can choose to do this monthly provided it is in advance, along with any other charges listed in your tenancy agreement such as the service charge.

You can also now pay your rent by direct debit.

If you are having problems paying your rent please contact the Housing Services Centre as soon as possible and look at our rent arrears information.
