Contacting Raglan by telephone
Residents and anyone with a housing enquiry can contact Raglan on a free phone number 0800 011 6420.
Callers from mobile phones do not always benefit from low call rates or free phone numbers so a secondary number has been set up 01202 319119. The benefit of this number is that for mobile users or those on price plans the call costs the same as other 01 or 02 calls and may be included in price plans or inclusive minutes.

Whilst on hold you will be given the opportunity to request a call back from the HSC. This is an automated service which will ask you to enter your telephone number using your telephone keypad; the service will then ask you to leave your name, adddress, and short message. We will then call you back.
