Swapping your Home

As a Raglan resident, if you are interested in swapping your home you can access free online information about possible properties available for exchange through the HomeSwapper service.

HomeSwapper is a nationwide service that aims to help Raglan residents, and those from other registered landlords, to find a property more suitable for their needs by swapping homes with another tenant (a mutual exchange).

Raglan currently subscribes to HomeSwapper and therefore the service is free to Raglan residents who are eligible to use it. As part of the registration process Raglan will be requested to confirm that an applicant's tenancy is eligible for the service. They will provide us with your contact information, including your email address, which we will use to update the records we hold about you on our computer system.
