Management Responsibilities
SCOPE manages the project whilst Raglan provides a housing management and partial repairs service. The accommodation is funded by Social Services and SCOPE and is registered with the Care Quality Commission and the Primary Care Trust.
Referral and Application Procedure
SCOPE is responsible for selecting residents taking account of Raglan's equal opportunities policy. Vacancies are rare at Spiders Island and tenancies are usually for life.
