Southampton Projects

Accommodation and Care
The Southampton Projects consist of 16 properties for 32 people with learning disabilities. Each property has 1-3 tenants living there. The support is 24/7 and some of the properties also have waking night support.

Management Responsibilities
The care and support is commissioned by Southampton PCT and is currently delivered by 5 different support providers, Dimensions, Futurehome Care, Islecare, ILG and Lifeways. Raglan provides a full housing management service to the properties.

The projects is funded via Southampton Primary Care Trust and Southampton County Council.

Referral and Application Procedure
Southampton PCT have 100% nomination rights so will decide all applicants.
Raglan will need to approve all applications.
