Remortgaging
If you are currently a Shared Owner you may remortgage up to (but not in excess of) the value of your owned percentage as determined by a recent valuation.
You will need to obtain Raglan's approval of the new mortgage and should therefore contact your Local Housing Officer via the Housing Services Centre.
