Studland Road is located in the west of Southampton within an existing, well established residential area and adjacent to the local primary school. The Redbridge Community School is also within 200 metres.
We now have planning permission for 31 new homes - 22 houses and 9 flats, ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms. Each flat has one parking space and the houses have either 1 or 2 spaces depending on their size. There is also adequate visitor parking.
The homes will be available to local people to rent or purchase through the shared ownership scheme.
