How we work

Raglan has seven distinct departments:

• Finance
• Development
• Housing Operations
• Corporate Services
• IT
• Human Resources
• Internal Audit

Housing Operations includes the Housing Officers, the Housing Services Centre, the Community Initiatives Team, the Service Improvement Team as well as technical services.  Communications and Marketing comes under Corporate Services as does Committee Services. 

To ensure that departments work with each other there are regular management and operational management team meetings as well as individual project meetings that involve different departments and staff levels.  Some departments such as Communications and Marketing work across the entire organisation.
