Raglan Housing Association is committed to providing quality affordable homes across the UK. This commitment means that we are always looking at new initiatives that support our plans for sustainable development and growth. We are also keen to develop strategic partnerships and joint ventures with other housing associations and local authorities.
We currently own and manage over 11,500 well designed, quality affordable homes in the Midlands and East, South East and South West regions. In line with our vision we plan to increase this number by growing in such a way that achieves more efficient management and maintenance costs and significantly increases our presence in local communities. Not only do we want to build high quality homes; we want to build lasting communities where residents are at the heart of everything we do.
We are a financially strong organisation with a wealth of experience, skills and knowledge. We continually invest in the development of our staff to ensure we retain dedicated skilled people who are capable of delivering high quality services.
We also have a successful track record of developing high quality new homes with grant and through section 106 agreements, in partnership with local authorities, developers and house builders.
These strengths mean that we are in an excellent position to look at opportunities for growth and expansion across our regional operations. This will include opportunities such as mergers and stock transfers, Extra Care and NHS and student accommodation.
