Online services for our residents

Important Notice Please Read
Help with logging onto My Home Online
(for residents registered before January 12th 2012)

 

The way that you log onto My Home Online has changed.
Please follow the instructions below which explain the changes.

Username - This is your tenancy reference number or whatever you changed it to. Your tenancy reference number can be found on your rent statement and Raglan payment card and is no longer than 5 digits.

Password - This has not changed (your password will be  your 6 digit PIN number or a password you personally chose). 

If you need any further help with logging on with your existing details please contact the Housing Services Centre @ hsc@raglan.org or call 0800 011 6420 or 01202 319119.

Use My Home Online to:

  • Tell us about changes to your personal details 
  • Check your rent account and see up to date statements
  • Report repairs and check their progress
  • Check the progress of transfer applications

You can do all of these things without having to wait until our Housing Services Centre is open. Tell us what you think of the service by completing our survey.
