Meadow View is a house for 6 people with learning disabilities providing 24 hour support, which includes waking nights. Tenants have their own rooms and share communal facilities such as the lounge, kitchen, bathrooms, gardens and conservatory. The property also has a through floor lift so can accommodate people with additional mobility issues.

Management Responsibilities
Turning Point provide the day to day support and are registered with the Care Quality Commission as a Domiciliary Care Provider. Raglan provide the housing management service.
The accommodation is funded via the local authority community care budget.
Referral and Application Procedure
1. Turning Point will send out the application form
2. Turning Point will carry out assessments and ensure funding is secured
3. Raglan and Turning Point will consider the applications
4. Raglan will make the final decision on which applications are successful with regard to Turning Point’s views
