Each day the life of a housing officer can be varied. They each look after up to, and sometimes more than, 500 homes and it can be a very busy job. Their main role is to assist Raglan's residents with more detailed enquiries and concerns about their homes and communities.Amongst other activities, they deal with arrears, anti-social behaviour, mutual exchanges, lettings, home visits and sometimes evictions. The Housing Services Centre takes calls from residents who need to contact their housing officer.

They also attend meetings with local authorities, agencies and developers of new homes.

To get in touch with your local Housing Officer you should contact the Housing Services Centre by emailing hsc@raglan.org or by calling 0800 011 6420 or 01202 319119 (mobile users and those on price plans)
