Our homes are available through local authority nomination (via the local council) and direct application (Raglan's own waiting list). Homes that are available through local authority nomination will have a link to the relevant authority for the area, where you will be able to find details of how they allocate lettings. Direct application schemes will have contact details for Raglan's Housing Services Centre.

Combe Bank

Brixham was a traditional fishing village and is now a thriving town with many shops and restaurants. There still remains a strong sense of community and the town hosts many popular events throughout the year. The town is within easy walking distance from the scheme and a dentist and doctors surgery are close by. The main bus route has a stop outside the development with direct access to Paignton, Torquay and Newton Abbott which are all popular places. All have train stations, making Combe Bank accessible for travel and visitors.
