Raglan has two main initiatives through which you can buy a home:
Shared Ownership (Part Buy, Part Rent Scheme)
Shared Ownership helps people who cannot afford to purchase a home outright, to buy a share of a property and pay rent on the remaining share. Raglan retains ownership of this share. In many cases, if you wish, you can gradually increase your share until you own the property outright. Your rent reduces proportionately as you buy a larger share of the property.

Leasehold Housing
Raglan owns and manages homes across England that are for sale on long leases only to people of retirement age. These homes enjoy an atmosphere of security and peace of mind, but residents must be independent. General help and advice are provided by scheme managers but personal care is not part of their role.
