Raglan's Board is supported by our committee structure consists of five main functional committees which are supported by nine Local Services and Performance Committees.
The five main committees are:

- Services and Performance
- Development
- Governance and Nominations

Local Services and Performance Committees
There are 7 geographically based committees and 2 additional committees (for sheltered housing and leasehold homes). These committees are responsible for developing local standards and monitoring service delivery locally. The membership of these committees includes both residents, elected locally, and representatives from the local community.

Become a Resident Board Member
As a board member your experience and opinions as a resident will form an essential part of the decision making process for Raglan. Selection for these places will involve an interview by a panel of board members. Board members are currently paid £3500 pa.
Resident member places are open to all Raglan residents.
Become a Local Committee Member
As a local committee member you will focus on services and performance at a local level. There are seven local committees.
To be eligible for election you will need to be a member of an area forum or one of our panels.
