Raglan continuously aims to improve the
communities in which its residents live.
It is important that residents play a part in achieving
this so that service development reflects residents'
needs. Raglan makes sure as far as possible that residents have
their views taken into account by providing opportunities to be
involved in the Association's work.
These opportunities are very varied. Some are
based on
committee and association membership and follow well defined
constitutions and scheduled meetings. If formal meetings are not
suitable,
individual involvement is encouraged through the 'Readers
group' or 'People with Opinions'. Raglan also carries
out
formal surveys which contribute towards service
development.
