	Shapwick Road, Poole This scheme is close to the town centre on the Hamworthy side of the Poole bridge and in a good location for shops, schools and services as well as all the additional facilities and amenities that Poole has to offer. The scheme has provides 16 properties for shared ownership.
	Massons Yard, Frant A housing needs survey highlighted the need for affordable housing in the village. Within the village there is primary school, village hall, store and public houses. Public transport is available by both bus and rail to Tunbridge Wells and Eastbourne. The completed scheme provides 10 rental properties.
	8-14 Seaside, Eastbourne This scheme is within a designated conservation area in Eastbourne is half a mile from the town centre and 200 yards from the beach. The scheme provides 14 properties for rent.
	Wareham Road, Lytchett Matravers The scheme is located in the centre of the village, which has schools, a doctor's surgery, shops and good transport links to both Poole and Wareham. The completed scheme provides 8 rental and 4 shared ownership properties.
