Development
Aims
Raglan is currently working with national
and locally based developers and contractors on a programme of
planned expansion, which will take our build programme from 300 to
600 new homes a year. This progressive development schedule has
enabled us to achieve the aim of becoming a Housing Corporation
Investment Partner.
Throughout this rapid expansion we will still remain dedicated to
providing quality affordable homes that meet local needs and
represent value for money in terms of the public funding we
receive.
Raglan's geographical spread and range of development schemes, as
well as its involvement with a diverse range of groups and
organisations, puts the development team in an advantageous
position to tap into best practice and innovative solutions and
ideas.
In addition, we also work closely with key local authority
partners to meet local demands for more affordable homes.
One of our key strengths is our willingness to share our
development experience and practice with all our
partners.
Innovation in design and construction is also paramount to the
way we work, and we use partnering and modern methods of
construction (MMC) where location, volume and size make economic
sense.
