Making a Complaint

You may make a complaint in a way that suits you best and in a language of your choice:

By telephone
Call the Housing Services Centre 0845 070 7772

By email
hsc@raglan.org

By writing to your area office

In person
by speaking directly to your housing or community initiatives officer or any other staff that you have contact with. If you wish to speak to someone in person but do not know how to reach them please contact the Housing Services Centre by email hsc@raglan.org or call 0845 070 7772 and they will be able to help you.

Every effort will be made to resolve the complaint immediately by front-line staff rather than having to progress through the more formal complaints process.

If Raglan is unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction at this stage then the complaints process will tell you what happens next.
