The Residents' Charter is for housing
association applicants and residents, and is produced by the
Housing Corporation.
The charter will be of interest to anyone applying for a home or
who is already a tenant, leaseholder, shared owner or licensee of a
housing association registered with the Housing Corporation, and
where their home has been provided with the aid of public
funding.
The purpose of the charter is to advise on what Raglan, as a
registered housing association, must do to comply with the
Regulatory Code. It also advises on any additional standards that
are considered to be good practice and which Raglan should comply
with.
A copy of the charter is available from Raglan's Housing Services
Centre (call 0845 070 7772
or email hsc@raglan.org)
or on the
Housing Corporation's website.
