The level of Raglan's assets means that as a
housing association we are continuously assessed by the Housing
Corporation, which reviews:
- Our viability
- Governance and management
- How effectively we have used Corporation funds to provide new
homes
Our performance in these areas is summarised in a
Housing Corporation Assessment.
The Corporation also measures our performance against a set
of
Performance
Indicators (PIs) which they publish annually on
www.housingpis.co.uk.
Internally, Raglan has a rolling programme of housing service
reviews. Every year
in our
Residents' Annual
Report we publish the targets and standards we aim to achieve
for the services we have reviewed, and report on how well we are
doing against these.
In addition to this formal continuous monitoring and reporting, our
residents and applicants can refer to the
Corporation's
Residents' Charter to
ensure our delivery of housing services meets the regulator's
expectations.
