Single Equality Scheme (SES)

Raglan's Single Equality Scheme (SES) sets out the Association's obligations on equality and diversity and is the main tool for managing all aspects of equality and diversity, including action plans to improve service delivery for residents and other stakeholders.

More specifically the scheme's aims are to:

  • Promote equality and diversity
  • Hold managers, staff and contractors accountable
  • Challenge and seek to eliminate all forms of discrimination
  • Assist in promoting community cohesion of individuals

In February 2008 a gender equality action plan was added to the Single Equality Scheme. Other additions will follow throughout the year.

A pdf copy of the Single Equality Scheme is available by clicking on the link.
