Equality and Diversity Initiatives and Projects

Raglan has been involved in projects and initiatives including:

  • Research into the housing needs of minority groups in Bedfordshire
  • Partner in the Southampton Black and Minority Ethnic Communities Project
  • A victim-centred approach to racial harassment and discrimination
  • An improved anti-social behaviour policy with employment of additional staff specifically to deal with reported incidents
  • Joint funding of SHAARP - a multi-housing association project which addresses anti-social behaviour
  • Property adaptations for disabled residents
  • Mobility standard in new housing
  • Interpreter service and translations of policies and documents
  • Points based housing needs assessment
