The accommodation at St Edmunds consists of 8 rooms. There is a 24 hour support service.

Management Responsibilities
Milbury Care Services provides the tenants with a combination of housing and general support. Milbury is registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection as a domiciliary care provider. Raglan provides the housing management service.

The project is funded by the Supporting People grant and also the local authority Community Care Budget.

Referral & applications

• Applications are made by Care managers direct to St Edmunds
• Milbury sends prospective tenants an application form
• Milbury will inform Raglan of the number of suitable applicants
• Milbury writes to Raglan informing them of their decision on the potential applicants
• The final decision on applicants rests with Raglan Housing Association
