John Darling Mall - Eastleigh

Accommodation and Care
Accommodation is provided in 6 flats which are located within an undercover mall that also includes a 24 hour hostel. The accommodation is staffed 24 hours a day. Raglan's residents receive warden support.

Management Responsibilities
Hampshire County Council owns and manages the building and Raglan's residents contribute to this through their service charge.

Funding for the project is from the residents' own contributions or through housing benefit through the rent and service charge. The warden support is funded by Supporting People and is not included in Raglan's service charge.

Raglan has responsibility for the day to day repairs for the flats but also contributes to planned work and routine redecoration of the flats and the mall.
