Accommodation and
Care
This project provides a for people with mental
health problems which is flexible to suit individual residents'
needs. The residents are expected to stay no longer than 2 years
during which time they progress towards greater independence.The
accommodation consists of three, one bedroom self-contained flats
within a purpose built block.
Management Responsibilities
The project is
managed by Together and funding for the
project comes from a Supporting People Grant and the Local
Authority's community care budget. Raglan provides a housing
management and full repairs service.
Referral and Application Procedure
- A referral is made to Homes@Kennet through a care Manager
- Representatives from Homes@Kennet, Together and Raglan meet
suitable applicants and jointly make a decision
- Homes at Kennet notifies applicants with the decision
