Every resident has a tenancy
agreement. This is a legally binding contract that states
the weekly rent you are required to pay, the service charge and any
other applicable charges.
Difficulties with paying rent sometimes arise. If
you do not pay your rent then you are in breach of the tenancy
agreement and could be evicted from your home. Please contact the
