Raglan Residents who are interested in swapping their home can access online information about possible exchange properties through the HomeSwapper service.

HomeSwapper is a nationwide service that aims to help Raglan residents and those from other registered landlords to find a property more suitable for their needs by swapping homes with another tenant (a mutual exchange).

Raglan is currently subscribed (from mid November 2007) to HomeSwapper and therefore the service is free to Raglan residents who are eligible to use it. As part of the registration process Raglan will be requested to confirm that an applicant's tenancy is eligible for the service. They will provide us with your contact information including your email address that we will use to update our records that we hold on our computer system about you.

If you are an existing Raglan resident and were registered on our transfer list before the 4th February 2008 you will be on the 'Preserved Transfer List' which means that you can apply for an exchange for any of our homes on our accommodation lists except for those in Poole, Purbeck, Torbay and the New Forest.
