How to Rent a Raglan PropertyLocal Authority Nominated Properties The majority of Raglan's rental properties are subject to nomination by Local Authorities. This means that potential tenants have to be registered with the Local Authority in the area in which they are interested in living. Any potential tenants should therefore contact the appropriate Local Authority/Authorities and advice will be given about the procedure to apply for rental properties in that area. Raglan is introducing a new system for these properties that will allow existing and potential tenants to look at property details online and choose the properties that they are interested in renting. This way of allocating homes is called 'Choice Based Letting'. The online part of this system should be ready before the end of 2008.
