Calls
Where non-emergency calls
are made, the Helpline reserves the right to re-charge you
for the difference between the cost of works carried out as an
emergency and the cost of the works if they had been carried out in
normal working hours.
Persistent inappropriate use of the
Helpline and using it to try to by-pass the normal repairs
procedure may result in the service being refused in the
future.
